Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping costs 

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. 

2. Shipping Times

Products are produced on a made-to-order basis. Products normally take about 10-14 business day's to ship out from the date of purchase. TRAPHOUSEGU is not responsible for courier shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. We do not compensate for delivery delays.

3. Tracking Notifications

Upon ordering, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Verify your mailing address and make sure it's accurate before placing an order. Once orders are placed, we will not be able to change the order or address that was wrongly provided once the order is placed.
